Ingredients
- 600g white potatoes (russets are good), peeled and cubed
- 600g sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine the potato cubes with the oil and spices in a large bowl.
- Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan. Bake 40-60 minutes, flip and stir every 20 minutes. Potatoes are done when outsides are crispy.
