Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork or 1 lb pork butt + ¼ lb fatback
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- ¼ tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Mix the ground pork and spices, or put all through a meat grinder.
- Use to stuff sausage casings, or form into round patties, or simply cook as ground meat.
